ur66 Terms and Conditions

The ur66 platform is a Myanmar-language platform providing licensed digital casino services to players in Myanmar. These terms constitute an operational agreement between ur66 and its players. By accessing this website, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website.

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern ur66's website and all related services.

• ur66 must be accessed and used by the player personally and on their own behalf.
• If a player accesses and plays from a jurisdiction or region where online gambling is prohibited, they do so at their own risk and ur66 accepts no responsibility.
• These terms must be read and interpreted together with ur66's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.
• ur66 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued access or play after any amendment is considered acceptance of the latest terms.

2 Account Registration and Use

2.1 Eligibility

ur66 services are available only to persons aged 21 and above. If an underage person accesses the platform, any winnings from their play may be forfeited and their account will be suspended.

2.2 Accurate Information

Players must provide their correct name, ID number, and contact details when registering. ur66 may suspend any account opened with false information.

2.3 One Account per Person

• Each player is allowed to open only one account.
• If we find that duplicate accounts have been opened during our review, those accounts and any remaining balances in them may be closed and forfeited without further investigation.
• You must keep your account login details secure and must not share them with any third party.

2.4 Account Security

A player's login credentials and password must be kept confidential. ur66 will not be responsible for any actions carried out by a third party using that information.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

The accepted payment methods at ur66 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. You can deposit using any of these methods without restriction.

3.2 Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks (for all payment methods)
• Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
• Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour of the request.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed by ur66 after verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold while a player's account is under review. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used to deposit.

3.4 Restrictions

To prevent money laundering and fraudulent activity, ur66 reserves the right to decline or investigate any payment. Third-party deposits are not accepted — funds deposited must come from the player's own account.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ur66 offers a 200% welcome bonus for first-time depositors — you can receive up to a maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks.

• Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks and can play with 60,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks.
• Example — if you deposit 120,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks (maximum) and can play with 220,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus funds, you must wager 100,000 Ks × 20 = 2,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after wagering 20 times the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. The bonus contribution rate may vary per game and per player.

4.3 General Promotions

• Bonuses and promotions may be changed by ur66 without prior notice.
• Each player may receive each bonus only once — using duplicate accounts to claim bonuses more than once is not allowed.
• If the same IP address, payment method, or device is used, ur66 may decline any bonus request.
• If ur66 determines that a player has been engaging in bonus abuse, ur66 reserves the right to void the bonus funds and any winnings obtained from them.

5 Player VIP and Cashback

ur66 has 4 VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can advance through VIP levels based on their play history and long-term loyalty.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week

Cashback will be credited as bonus funds and will be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. VIP level decisions are at ur66's sole discretion.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited at ur66. If any of these are carried out, the account may be closed immediately and the remaining balance forfeited —

• Opening an account with false personal information
• Playing using a bot, software, or automated system
• Using methods designed to exploit bonus funds (e.g. hedging plays rather than genuine gameplay)
• Money laundering or attempting to manipulate transaction amounts
• Hacking or attempting to gain an unfair advantage over the gaming system
• Combining multiple accounts to get around individual bonus limits

7 Games, Gameplay and Discussion

ur66 features Live Dealer games such as Dragon Tiger, Baccarat, Roulette, and Sic Bo, as well as Slots, football pre-match betting, and Crash Games.

• Game results depend on the RNG (Random Number Generator) or Live Dealer authenticity, so ur66 has no control over those results.
• If a game result is affected by a confirmed technical error, ur66 may void the game and return the player's stake.
• Football betting — if matches are cancelled, the player's stake will be returned.

8 Limitation of Liability

The ur66 platform and its services are provided "as is" —

• ur66 is not responsible for losses caused by scheduled site downtime, system errors, or third-party service interruptions.
• ur66 is not responsible for betting losses that result from a player's own decisions.
• ur66 cannot compensate for issues caused by a player's internet connection problems.

9 Personal Data and Security

ur66 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption and will not share it with third parties — except where required by legal or financial investigations. You can read our full Privacy Policy here.

10 Responsible Gaming

ur66 strongly supports responsible gaming. Gaming should be treated as entertainment only — not as a way to earn income.

• Set your own spending limits — never bet more than you can afford to lose.
• If gaming is causing you physical or emotional harm, please read our Responsible Gaming page and contact us.
• Self-exclusion can be requested through ur66 Support.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

ur66 may suspend a player's account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances —

• When these terms and conditions are violated
• When activity resembles money laundering or fraud
• When the player requests closure of their own account
• When it is found that the player is under 21 years of age

Before an account is terminated, any remaining balance that is lawfully due will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

12 Support and Communication

The ur66 support team is available 24/7 to assist players in Myanmar language. There are two contact methods —

• Live Chat — contact us directly on the website
• Email — [email protected]

Any questions or deposit and withdrawal issues can be resolved through either of those two methods.

13 Disclaimer and Legal

ur66 is a secure and trustworthy platform that operates lawfully and is committed to fair gaming. Any unresolved disputes relating to these terms will be handled decisively by ur66's internal decision-making process. ur66's decision is final.

If any clause of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to remain in effect.
